Performance of PRISA Media

The company has implemented educational systems that experienced an 8% growth in subscriptions during the third-quarter campaign, demonstrating the effectiveness of its digitalization strategy and adaptation to current educational needs.

Commitment to Sustainability

Grupo PRISA maintains a strong commitment to sustainability and education, actively participating in initiatives and forums in the Americas and Spain. Notable events include the forum “Latin America, the United States, and Spain in the Global Economy,” organized by EL PAÍS and the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce in New York, which addressed the state and prospects of the economies of the three regions and the role of sustainability in companies. Additionally, the forum “The Future of Education,” organized by PRISA Media in Bogotá, brought together nearly 50 education experts from Colombia to analyze the situation of the country’s education system.

Future Outlook

The results obtained up to September 2024 are in line with the company’s expectations, which remains focused on meeting the objectives set for the year. The strong liquidity position and consistent debt reduction reflect prudent financial management aimed at sustainable growth. Grupo PRISA continues to be committed to innovation, digitalization, and sustainability—fundamental pillars for consolidating its leadership in the media and education sectors in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
