The YouTuber—who rose to fame rapping Nicki Minaj‘s “Super Bass” alongside her cousin Rosie McClelland on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011—welcomed her second baby Dec. 29.

Sophia Grace—who is also mom to River, 22 months—shared the news with several photos of herself holding her newborn baby girl on Instagram Jan. 5, which she captioned, “29 | 12 | 24.” The 21-year-old looks at ease in the snaps, wearing a cropped white set as her little girl rests her head on her chest.

Among the congratulatory comments on the post was her cousin Rosie, 18, who wrote, “So proud of you, love you both so much.”

The viral sensation had previously shared the sex of her baby and expressed her excitement about adding a daughter to her growing family.

“I am so happy you don’t even understand,” Sophia Grace shared in a September YouTube video. “I did personally really want a girl. I know people are like, ‘You shouldn’t have an opinion of what gender you want. You should be happy.’ And of course I’m happy with whatever the baby is, but I already have a boy.”

She added, “I just really wanted a girl and I did not think I was gonna get a girl.”

Sophia Grace first shared the news on the new addition to her family in August 2024 when she posted a YouTube video titled, “I’m Pregnant Baby Number 2.”

“I’m so excited to be doing this video,” the singer said at the time. “I’ve been hiding this for a super long time.”

In the 8-minute video, Sophia Grace expressed her excitement about giving River a younger sibling and growing her family with her supportive yet private partner.

“It’s going to be so nice for him to have a younger sibling. And because they’re quite close in age, they can grow up together, and I just think that’s really sweet,” she said. “I always wanted a sibling that was really close in age and I didn’t have that, so I want to do that for River.”

This time last year, Sophia was celebrating her son River’s first birthday.

“Now he’s getting older, he’s not just a baby that sleeps and eats anymore,” she told E! at the time, “he is starting to get his own personality which is super cute and he has his favorite people too. One of them being my dad!”

Now, Sophia has the joy of watching her second child blossom.
