Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa Bryant shared adorable photos cuddling with her small furry friend, posting photos before and after she made her mark.
Vanessa Bryant is sharing her puppy love.
Kobe Bryant’s wife posted sweet snaps cuddling up with her small dog, holding the furry friend up and smothering the pup with kisses. In another photo, the fluffball sported a red lipstick stain just below the face, showing the aftermath of her smooch.
Vanessa, 43, has a special bond with the teacup dog, who appeared in more pics back in November that showed the pet laying on her lap before moving to a spot between the back of her neck and a pillow that cutely trapped her in place. Per Sports Illustrated, she wrote alongside the photos, “Can’t move now.”
Vanessa—who shares daughters Natalia Bryant, 22, Bianka Bryant, 8, Capri Kobe Bryant, 6, and the late Gianna Bryant with her late husband Kobe—is also a dog mom to a much larger German Shepherd named Loki, first introduced to social media in March 2022.
“My girls are happy,” she wrote at the time alongside a sweet selfie with her “Big Boy” dog and Natalia, Bianka and Capri.
Welcoming Loki to the pack helped the Bryants heal after the loss of their family dog Crucio, which Vanessa announced the month prior.
“We love you, Crucio,” she wrote in February 2022 alongside photos of their special pet. “Thank you for everything sweet boy. Thank you for watching over us. We’re going to miss you. #GoodBoy #RestEasy.”
Support in the tough moment came flooding in from friends including Ciara, Lily Collins, Kyle Richards and Kris Jenner, who wrote, “So sorry Vanessa [heart emoji] we all love you.”
The Bryants have long been dog lovers, with another dog with a Marvel namesake—this time a French bulldog—having joined the family in June 2020, just five months after Kobe and Gianna’s passing in a tragic helicopter crash.
“Love seeing my girls smile,” Vanessa captioned a photo of Natalia—who has since graduated from the University of Southern California—holding the pup. “Meet Bobby. Aka Bobby ganoush, bobbyrooni, bobbooshka. J/k he’s named after iceman from x-men (blue eyes).”
