Henry Cavill Makes Rare Comment on Baby Girl With Natalie Viscuso

Six months after Henry Cavill welcomed his first baby with girlfriend Natalie Viscuso, the Justice League star spoke out on life in his “forever home” with his family and their two dogs.

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s Henry Cavill getting candid about fatherhood!

The Man of Steel star made a rare comment about welcoming his first baby—a girl whose name has not yet been revealed—with his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso earlier this year.

In fact, when asked what the most important chapter has been for him thus far, Henry didn’t hesitate to call out his life with his little one, his partner and their two dogs, telling British GQ in an interview published July 17, “My daughter being born, and the five of us settling into our forever home.”

The response marked the first time the Justice League actor spoke out about his baby girl’s birth since it was revealed he and Natalie welcomed their first child together back in January.

But that’s not to say Henry has stayed totally silent on his parenthood journey. Back in April 2024, the 42-year-old confirmed that he was expecting a baby with Natalie, 34, and provided insight into how they were feeling about adding a new addition to their home.

As he told Access Hollywood at the time, “Natalie and I are very, very excited.”

And Henry shared a glimpse into how he and Natalie have maintained their strong bond since going public with their relationship in 2021 as well. For the couple, a quality date night doesn’t need to involve leaving home.

“We’re not shy of a kitchen dance party, I’ll tell you that much,” he joked. “A bottle of wine goes down range.”

And while Henry may like to kick back with a nice cocktail every now and then, he’s also dedicated to maintaining his health for the sake of his kid. After all, that’s been a priority for him long before his tiny tot even entered this world.

“If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who’s running round after them,” Henry told Men’s Health U.K. in 2017. “And if I do have kids, even now, it’s starting to get quite late. But I want to be a fit and healthy dad, not hobbling round like, ‘OK, I’m just going to catch a breather.’”
